Russia-Germany Football Match
The Ambassador of South Africa, Dr Bheki Langa and Mrs Petra Langa, were invited by the Minister of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy, Dr Vitali Mutko, to attend the Russia-Germany qualifying match on 10 October, 2009 at Luzhniki Stadium. The Embassy promoted the 2010 FIFA World Cup by exhibiting 2010 and tourism banners as well as distributing information flyers and other promotional items in the VIP areas of the Stadium.
Ambassador and Mrs Langa were also invited by Mr Zoran Vucinic, (President of Coca Cola: Russia, Ukraine and Belarus Business Unit) to attend the reception hosted by Coca Cola, an official sponsor of the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.
