Please note: Applications for Temporary Residence Permit(s) must be accompanied by:
- Medical certificate ( for all ages ) must not be more than six months from the date of issue
- Radiological certificate (after the age of 12 years) must not be more than six months from the date of issue
- 3. Original Police clearance (after the age of 18 years) certificates, The police clearance certificate must be translated into English and certified at The Public Notary and must not be more than 6 months from the date of issue.
- 4.Full Birth (for minors)
- 5.Marriage/Divorce/Death (if applicable) with apostil.
Both the copy of original certificate(s) (in case of Birth or Marriage/Divorce/Death certificate) and translation must be certified at the Public Notary.
The applicant must submit the Medical certificate and Radiological certificate in the form reflected on the website, which does not need to be translated or certified by a Public Notary. The forms must be filled in by Medical doctor, in the English language only, and signed and certified with the Medical doctor’s stamp.
